These terms explain your rights and obligations when accessing Skylano eSIM, buying travel eSIM plans, using accounts, receiving orders, and contacting support.

1. Acceptance and provider
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, receiving eSIM activation information, or using the service, you agree to these terms. Skylano eSIM is a platform operated by Hong Kong Yuanhua Network Technology Co., Limited.
2. Plans, pricing, and payment
Plan destination, coverage, data allowance, validity, price, taxes, and discounts are based on the information shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we receive necessary payment status and transaction records.
3. Delivery, installation, and activation
- eSIM activation information is usually provided on the order page or by email. Install on a stable network and keep your order details safe.
- The same eSIM can usually be installed once or used on limited devices. Deleting it, changing devices, or repeated scanning may make recovery impossible.
4. Network availability and use limits
Underlying connectivity is provided by local carriers or eSIM supply partners. Coverage, speed, hotspot sharing, and availability may be affected by local networks, devices, location, congestion, roaming policies, and regulation.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and support
eSIMs are instantly delivered digital products. After QR code, activation code, or other activation information is delivered, no-reason refunds are generally unavailable unless required by law or due to delivery or technical errors confirmed by us. If an issue occurs, provide order number, device model, OS version, screenshots, and steps tried.
6. User obligations and prohibited use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, spam, attack, bulk scraping, resale, or security-circumvention activities.
- Keep your account, order QR code, activation link, and email access secure to prevent unauthorized use.
7. Liability limits and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the network will always be uninterrupted, error-free, reach a specific speed, or suit every device and location. We may update plans, prices, suppliers, features, and these terms, and will notify material changes in a reasonable way.
8. Governing law and contact
Except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For service issues, contact support@skylano.com first and we will try to resolve them through good-faith discussion.
