eSIM Installed but No Internet? Troubleshooting Guide
If your travel eSIM is installed but has no internet, follow this checklist for mobile data settings, roaming, network selection, APN and support.
Do not delete the eSIM first
Many eSIM QR codes can only be installed once. If data is not working, do not delete the profile first because it may make the issue harder to solve.
Check settings in order
First confirm you are physically in the covered destination, then check that Skylano eSIM is selected for mobile data and that data roaming is enabled for that eSIM.
- Confirm the covered destination
- Select Skylano eSIM for mobile data
- Enable data roaming on the eSIM
- Toggle Airplane Mode
- Restart your phone
- Manually select a supported network
- Enter APN if your order includes one
What to send support
Include order number, destination, current location, device model, OS version, SIM settings screenshots, error screenshots, and the steps already tried.
