Does My Device Support eSIM?
Learn how to check whether your iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, or Android phone supports eSIM and is unlocked for travel eSIM use.
The quickest check: dial *#06#
Open your phone dialer and enter *#06#. If your device shows an EID, it may support eSIM.
If you do not see an EID, your phone may not support eSIM, or the feature may not be available on that model or region version.
How to check by device
On iPhone, check Settings > General > About for EID, or look for Add eSIM under Cellular or Mobile Data.
On Samsung, check Settings > Connections > SIM Manager. On Pixel, check Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.
Do not forget carrier unlock status
A phone can support eSIM but still reject a travel eSIM if it is locked to a specific carrier.

- Destination is covered
- Stable Wi-Fi is available for setup
